Background upload won't work

So I’ve been trying to upload this background for ages now. Whenever I upload it, the preview doesn’t come up and either the file name just shows or it does nothing at all.

I’ve tried pressing open or double-clicking the file (I’m on PC). I’ve tried renaming the file to something like ‘INT. BLUE KITCHEN - DAY’ and ‘KITCHEN1920x1136’. I’ve also checked the picture dimensions on the actual file and a website.

It works with other pictures I don’t understand what’s wrong with this image.
This also happens with one or two other images, all PNGs by Shelly. (nothing wrong with her backgrounds, it’s the website)

Maybe because it’s a png? I’m not sure because I usually upload jpgs for backgrounds
