Hello, again!
So I found out that in Pinterest are a lot of cute backgrounds.
I was wondering if I can use some of them or is it wrong for me to do so? 
English is not my first language, sorry if there’s any typos.

I’d highly encourage you to stay away from any website except for ones like pixabay, pngtree, episode life, wincywrites, etc. You have no way of knowing where the image is from or if it’s copyrighted, etc. which not only will go against episode guidelines, but it’s a rule everywhere.

Of course no problem! There’s also tons of editors and authors that have drives where you can find a variety of backgrounds + request your own. Just make sure to credit them and follow additional rules if they have any, same for episode life.
