To give yall nightmares, there was a rumor that apparently someone did get sued for using a background that wasn’t theirs- and Episode got dragged into it which is why we have to click that box before we upload backgrounds.

I did try to reverse any damage I did before when I was naive about background making, which is why I warn people about this. I do think there might be one or two (figuratively) that got away with some backgrounds that used 3d rendered images that were royalty free. I don’t remember them, and I don’t know how to contact them. I’m just ashamed and embarrassed about this.
