So recently i got banned on the app for using hacked gems, now i didnt got banned on the writers portal, does this still mean i can write my stories without using the app or not?

No because if you try and publish your story you won’t be able to because your banned on the app so technically… Yes
But my stories are still up and i can re-publish them also, i did try and it worked but idk if it’s any bother to continue?

You can try republish but it won’t work.
Unless you send a ticket requesting to be unbanned with a valid reason then I’m afraid not.
(I doubt they’ll unban you due to what you did though.)

They can’t do anything about it if it’s based on the app.
They won’t remove the ban unless there is a valid reason, which I don’t think there is.

It depends.
Usually when a user is banned from the app, they cannot have access to their writer portal and publishing stories etc.
So I don’t really know if they’ll allow it or not.
Hopefully yes, if not then it’ll result in having to start afresh and making a new acc.

Whoever is banned will need to submit a ticket to the support team if they would like to discuss this further. The forums are not the place for this. Sorry
