Hi guys! My directing style is all about the DRAMA. I would love to do a closeup of a character with closed eyes, pause for a beat and have the eyes open. I can’t figure out the best sequence of animations to achieve this look. Any suggestions?

I’ve also seen this done with overlays a few times.
Take a picture(screenshot) on the portal of the character with their eyes closes and turn that into an overlay by cutting out those eye overlays(not the skin in-between the eyes). Upload them then have the coding go like this:
INT. BLACK - NIGHT with CHARACTER_Eyes_Closed
@CHARACTER changes into CHARACTER_Intro
@CHARACTER spot AND CHARACTER is idle_armscrossed_neutral_loop AND overlay CHARACTER_Eyes_Closed opacity 0 in 0
NARRATOR
Are you ready?
&zoom on (coordinates) in 2
NARRATOR
Of course you are not.
@overlay CHARACTER_Eyes_Closed opacity 1 in 1
(You can ignore the dialogue it’s just a template)
