Beyond frustrated and losing hope

Am I the only one frustrated with how long episode takes to approve backgrounds, the lack of promotion is new stories, allowing episode authors to do their own stories in the top 100 among community stories, (I mean really, it’s great you write and get paid (I’m am guessing at least) by episode, but do you have to take space in community genres after I guarantee you are already getting paid for the stories that made episode chose to hire you…? I mean I could go on and on, but frankly, I’m frustrated and losing motivation, would be nice to know I am not the only one.

Moved to Episode Fan Community since this is Episode-related. Make sure to check out our Forum Tutorial for more info about creating topics, and feel free to PM me if you’ve got questions.

How long does it take for you? If it takes too long you might have some kind of glitch.
My overlays usually take 2-7 days, my backgrounds take a few weeks, and the one time I uploaded covers it took… two weeks? Something like that. But most of those were uploaded while the R&R contest was going on, so it might be inaccurate.

I uploaded custom artwork that was pending for over a week, and they rejected it saying it was real people when it was clearly a drawing that I added filters to, but the backgrounds are just 1 small bit of my vent with Episode.

That’s weird. Try sending a ticket; sometimes Episode makes mistakes. They’re human after all.

I did, but I have kinda lost hope, I don’t maybe I am just depressed… :woman_shrugging:

I am seriously thinking of creating my own visual novel app, but I agree I feel bad just abandoning my stories
