So, when I try to preview my story ALL THE BACKGROUNDS are completely black but I can still see the characters, hear the music etc. I’ve tried reseting zooms and going in to the right zone but nothing works.

save your story and then open it again

I tried to restart the episode and save and open and it still didn’t work 
It’s fixed now I don’t know how? I watched a movie and when I tried again it was fixed somehow :0
