Black background

So, when I try to preview my story ALL THE BACKGROUNDS are completely black but I can still see the characters, hear the music etc. I’ve tried reseting zooms and going in to the right zone but nothing works. :frowning: Help?

Is it all of the backgrounds? This happens to me when I use a background that has not been approved.

Yes all of them, even the ones that aren’t mine :((((

save your story and then open it again

I tried to restart the episode and save and open and it still didn’t work :frowning_face:

It’s fixed now I don’t know how? I watched a movie and when I tried again it was fixed somehow :0
