Blood dripping down the screen overlay!

I want a blood overlay similar to this one where I can make it look like blood is dripping down the screen as a transition:

Would prefer if it was long enough to cover the whole screen but if not, it’s okay. Will 100% credit whoever can help me, thanks.

Not sure if that much blood is allowed…? I’m not certain.
Anyway, I tried…? It looks more like a red blob though

I put it in here because blood, I mean, red blobs, can be triggering
