Can we use these kind of blood in episode?
Or maybe just the one in the head at least?

i think you may be allowed to use the blood puddle, i’ve uploaded one into one of my old stories before and used it the same way you’re trying to.
but i’m not sure you can use the actual wound though it might be too graphic.

However, if you’re comfortable with writing paragraphs, you can turn your book into a novel/novella on wattpad and put that scene in there
Unfortunately, the character looks like a deceased one. And that’s not allowed on Episode. I’m not too sure about blood pools! But if they approved yours, I guess it’s okay?
it was a while ago so maybe they’ve updated the guidelines since then? if anything i would suggest her to still ask or she could still show the scene without the wound or the blood (which i’ve seen in others stories) but i’m not that sure which is why i suggested she ask lol

I saw it somewhere on the forum, someone posted a screenshot of it :)) but yes, I think you’re allowed to show them laying down but not… explicitly showing they’re dead 
but yeah, you’re right about asking :))
