Does anyone know how to create a transparent overlay which is blurred, so that it can go on top of an entire coded scene and make it blurred too?

You need to download the background and blur it (with Ibis paint X for example), then upload it on the portal (as an overlay - transparent png format) and change the opacity if you don’t want it too opaque
