hey guys ,so Its been four months and I have been having this issue while playing episode ,whenever I play a story ,the ad gets stuck on a black screen and it keeps crashing like 8 to 10 times ,and sometimes it takes 40 to 60 minutes until next episode starts playing…I filed a ticket five times and got no help ,and redownloading the app after deleting did not fix it either.Please support my comment guys as its getting frustrating now due to this issue that I can barely read a story.If anyone else is having the issue ,please let me know

The same thing has been happening to me for about 2 months now. I have filed tickets also and nothing has been done. It’s really frustrating!
