Share your bullying horror stories and how did you stand up against them?

thankfully I donāt have any. for the most part, Iāve never seen anybody get bullied in my ādistrictā before- Iāve never seen anything physical, but social media has certainly caused some issues between people at some points. nothing too big, though. I see a lot of people acting āshadyā and āfakeā but I donāt necessarily see any ābullyingā at my high school.
Iām curious to hear other stories thoughā¦
Iāll never fully understand why some people can be so cruel to others. the psychology of it both fascinates and scares the hell out of me

Itās not really a horror story, I guess. I was bullied verbally, physically and cyber for years by my classmates at school. I was abused by my parents, but idk if that falls into the bullying category.
The whole thing gave me severe PTSD, but the one thing that particularly stands out, actually two things-
- I was at school and a āfriendā decided to twist my arm behind my back and nearly break it. It was a bad sprain.
- Some guy pushed me off a 3-4 metre climbing frame. I almost died, never want to see him again.
Someone did try to strangle me but I think he was just troubled, we were actually friends. Iād wanna meet him to see how heās doing now, since he left the school when I was about 6-7.
EDIT: Forgot to answer the second question about standing up to them. I didnāt stand up to them

Not really. I mean, it wasnāt that scary, only depressing and tiring
