I would suggest tinker_knell_neutral_loop.

If the character is kneading dough, I use the massage_stand_give_rub_loop_rear animation! tinker_stand_neutral_loop_rear is also a decent animation to use for cooking

but I want the character to be standing.

Well since the animation (Tinker_stand_neutral_loop) doesn’t exists. I would suggest putting your character behind a counter and use the animation tinker_kneel_neutral_loop and use spot directing to make them “look” like they’re standing, make sure the knees don’t show lol.
