So I registered my account on Gmail and installed the app but when I tried to login in my gmail there’s a pop up saying

RESTORED CANCELLED
There is no gamestate
Associated with that account

(PS Im new to this app)
Plz be patient with me

Your first reply is correct, as long as your positive that you have selected the same email, this is an issue that was not caused by you. You can also try and sign in again, via through profile or settings.
