The character on the left has been glitching for one of my readers. I’m not sure what to tell her because it works fine for me and not everyone seems to be having that issue. I asked her to file a ticket, and she has tried closing in and out of the app and she said it does not help. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m not sure what I can do on my end…

Update: Episode told the reader it is an asset loading issue and to close out and reopen the app.
