Well I’d say I’m fairly experienced, but are you looking for an artist who’ll do it for free or does commissions work?
I’m looking for an artist who does requests for free, no commissions.
Then I’d recommend the thread, “need art: examples” I think it’s called something like that. The owner is really good and does art scenes and covers I think… there is a pretty long waiting line but I think they’re open!
