Can Anyone Make This Simple Overlay?

Can anyone make EXT. CAMPUS GARDEN - NIGHT into an overlay? I don’t have my phone on me and it just won’t seem to convert to a PNG. If it does convert, it just seems too blurry. I’m trying to make my character look like she’s fading.
