What ive noticed is that light coming from the front doesnt show up in the hair. So you may want to add light to that
Also the hair in the back needs to be a darker shade of green
Your anatomy is on point

The light that shows up on the face doesnt gradually get darkerā€¦ When light shines on skin it gives off a glow so the area around where the highlight is also supposed to be lighter and then get darker

I love what you did with the lips
The corners of the mouth and certain areas around the lips need a light pink color around it

Also something to make it pop
Use the add blending mode to give some skin on the eye balls remember that eyes are spherical and the light on it needs to be curved

Add layer adds a very light shine to your work so you may wanna make use of it
I love the blending of the hair
The green goes to black so smoothly i admired that a lot

Woah! Ot looks awesome! The proportions are well done.

Iā€™d say it would help make your art pop out a lot more if you added more shadows in the face and hair. Blending in more shades into her face and hand may help things look less flat, too.
