After decades, I have finally finished (thank you for your patience, you are quite literally a Jem chuckle chuckle :smiling_face_with_tear:)

I’ve opted for a blue carnival theme, however I’m not really sure what a carnival is, so I’ve included cotton candy! (I do believe carnivals have cotton candy, yes?) 🥸

I sent a transparent (the other just has a random navy BG so I can credit the makeup artist on IG, but you can still use that one if you like as well)

If you need/want any changes feel free to let me know, I’d be happy to make some changes (I can also send over one without makeup if you’d like)
