In my story, I am planning to have a local dance team. Is it okay if I use them as a uniform to dance teams? I’ve seen some of them before in other stories such as set me on fire by @lizzie c.?

ofcourse you can use anything the way you want. the only things you might should think twice about using is regligios and cultural stuff, but everything els, is you do you.
so yes you are more than welcome to use the uniforms.
