Can mixed outfits get you banned?

i’ve seen several published stories where they used mixed outfits. (LL clothes on INK characters.) can using mixed outfits get your banned?
also, if that’s the case, do they only ban accounts with PUBLISHED STORIES with mixed outfits, or also accounts with unpublished stories with mixed outfits?
