I know about the rule of adding just 5 lines of a lyrics, but can someone add the translation of a lyrics?
For example, I’d like to add a scene in my story where one of the characters sing 5 lines of an italian song using the translation in english, is there any rule about that?

That is definitely allowed! If you can add translations to regular sentences I’m sure it’s no problem with song lyrics
