I want to change the cc for it to just only have have darker skin tones available for the skin tone choice as it goes with the story plot and family but im worried if there would be an error. What should i do? or can anyone do it for me

You can either use one of Dara’s templates without the skin tones or you can use the full cc and lock the other skin tones. See the below forum post on locking:
A locked choice has a padlock to it, and it looks like something like this:

You can use it when you don’t want the reader to select that option-it is locked for them. However, even if a locked choice is in your story, the reader can still get past through it unless you write up a code to prevent them from going further.
