Can Someone Edit More Floor Infront Of The Bleachers That Are Infront Of The Buildings?

Basically I just need someone to add more floor infront of the bleachers that are located infront of the buildings. You can also cover up the floor that is infront of the screen and replace it with more pool. Does that make sense?
