Hello guys,
I’m working on my story and I Thought I was sure how to put in a background, it shows up in my portal on my laptop, but when I review it on my phone, I’ll see the dialog, but no characters, no background, all I see is a black screen. Can someone tell me what is happening here?
I think it’s because it’s still in review. Maybe once it’s approved, it will show up on your phone.
The control room background has since been approved and even that one is showing up either.
Use @zoom reset and see if that fixes your issue.
