Hey so Ive been writing on episode for a while and ive been really wanting to learn how to make covers, art scenes, background… so I wont have to depend on a different artist all the time.
I wanted to know if someone can give me an honest feedback on my art (I wont get offended) and what can I do the imrpove?

This is a off topic question but Does anyone know how to add a overlay in the middle of a scene…?
Yes! You can just write:
@overlay overlayname create
@overlay overlayname opacity 1

Some things to make your edits better is to maybe make your characters larger so they aren’t blurry and maybe add a little sharpening as well. And try to get a cleaner outline around your characters. Otherwise, they look great!
