I actually do not think the essay needs conditioning. You have written out all the information in a clear concise way if I were to take anything out I think it would take away the meaning of the essay you are going for. This is just my opinion on the matter.
For the conclusion, you will need to bring the whole essay to a close by talking about how all the points led to the final outcome in the essay. You will need to bring up the key points that you talked about in the essay and you will need to go over what connects them all together. Also, do not forget that you will need to write a reverse version of your thesis sentence for the last sentence in your conclusion.
