The box on the left is blocking her head. If you move her, it will come out clear.

Because of the image you gave, some of her parts are cut off? If this doesn’t work, then lemme know and I can make a full one with the same character. I also checked it myself in the portal and it works!

You just drag it. I think it only works in outfits, though…
