Can someone make me a splash of water overlay and water drips overlay?

A splash of water as in water splashing on ones face or body.
A water drip as in if you just came out of the water, water would be dripping to the floor.
I hope this makes sense lol.

I tried adding it into the overlay backgrounds and it said “Your overlay must be under 1MB. Yours was 1.174MB.”
