Can we just talk about how the fans are making the author look bad?!

Okay, so here me out. Me and @Karma.Doll sat down yesterday to talk about all the BS this community has been starting. I’m pretty sure what most people are seeing is that the fans of many big authors are so problematic and toxic. I, for one didn’t like what most authors did (no names will be mentioned) but the fans are making the author look worse and putting words in their mouth. The fans aren’t giving the author a chance to speak up. (I am in no way saying this is an excuse for what most authors have done, but it has played a huge part) the fans keep adding more fuel to the fire and adding more pressure to the author which leads to more hate. And for people who keep bringing stories that authors wrote 3 years ago back into the light and keep saying “sHe sAid ThE n WoRd” mind you that’s why we make splashes so you people know that there may be some triggering themes they aren’t there for the aesthetic.

That’s just my Pov if you wanna attack me please understand THIS IS MY OPINION.

I agree some fans just can’t stop adding fuel to that already small fire, and making it bigger than it should be. The embers are attracting other haters and thus making the author get more hate then needed.

EXACTLY, but in the meantime, Nightmare and I are starting an account on instagram called the creatorz.awardz(search it up). We are starting this account to help and promote smaller creators who have slaved for days on their computer, writing for an app they love and not going anywhere. So, we would love to help out.
