Can you use pngtree in your Episode Stories?

Hey everyone. I have some images from pngtree that I was planning to use in my story. Here are the rules .

However, there is a copyright sign on the photo (disappears when you click on the photo).

Could someone tell me if I’m allowed to download the photos and use them in my episode story?

If it says for personal use only, then no. If it says commercial use, yes you can use it for your episode stories.
