Cannot go to the Episode Writer's Portal webpage on my Macbook

Hi all, I’m new to Episode and have recently started working on my own Limelight story on the Episode Writer’s Portal on my Macbook but today the I was unable to go back to the Episode Writer’s Portal webpage using the same link. It just takes me to the Episode homepage and when I click on the “Create a story” button on the homepage nothing happens. Has this happened to anyone? Can someone please help and see how I can go back to the Episode Writer’s Portal? I have contacted support but no reply so far.

have u scroll all the way down to see “log in google or facebook” when u were at the home page?
