It won’t let me login in into my old episode account. I previously had a android and now a IPhone. When I tried to login into my account it would say it’s in a different platform and cannot connnect. I have a story and use my account to review my story. What is happening?! Someone help!

Hey @jasminesofia4, if you submit a help ticket to the support team, they may be able to help you with the data on your old device.

I’m guessing your new one. They might ask for the other one as well, but only one ID is necesssary for filing the ticket.

I have a similar problem. I’ve had episode for about 2 years now and I’ve always wanted to make an account. I just recently found out I could make an account on here but I can’t log into it on the app and follow my favourite writers or nothing which Is really annoying. Is episode going to fix this because there have been tons up updates and none have improved the situation.

I think, since it’s not a common issue, they won’t do nothing about it. But maybe if you were to write a ticket, they can help get your old account back. I recently did mine, but just waiting for a reply back.
