Can't change my profile avatar in the app?

Recently when I went on the app (I haven’t been on it lately, maybe a month or something since I last used it?) I noticed that I can’t change my profile avatar. There’s no option coming up in the side panel that allows me to change it, or even see it. Is that a bug? Or is it just a new update? If it’s an update, where would I go to change my avatar? Here’s a screenshot of what I see when I expand the side panel:

Before, there’d be an option above the “Create” section that allows me to view and edit my avatar, but now that’s no longer there. Does anyone know anything about this?

I have this issue for 3 months now. I filed a ticket and they told me it’s a common issue and we’ll just have to wait for them to fix it which I don’t know when :unamused:

Its part of them fixing the app with the new update, I lost my profile for 2-3 months, just got it back the other day
