I think it’s a screenshot of one of the cheer animations. Possibly cheer_hurdler_happy , cheer_jump_legsback_extreme or cheer_jump_legsback_happy.

It looks like they’ve taken a screenshot of cheer_hurdler_happy and it doesn’t look familiar because it’s part of that animation?
Could be a custom pose too though
