Can't log into the app

Hi, I’m trying to log into the app using my email but it keeps telling me that my password is wrong. Of course I believed it but I checked, logging into my email and to the writer’s portal and it all works. It’s the right password and it works everywhere except on the app.

Just to clarify, I’ve checked everything a million times; the information (email and password) is correct but it still doesn’t work.

Also when it asks me to verify a code from my phone number, it asks to send the code to a phone number that isn’t even connected to my email that I have no access to.

What should I do?

Note: The form will request your Support ID, which is only found in the app. Since you’re unable to get in, just put six question marks ??? ??? in place of the ID. :wink:

Did you try changing the password?
