On my mobile device, it has not allowed me to log in to my profile for a while now. It keeps popping up with a message saying that I am “not able to log in at this time. Try closing the app down completely and then restarting your device to log in.”, or something along those lines. I have tried what it says to do multiple times already to no avail. Is anyone else having these problems? If yes, do you know how to fix the problem?
On the submission form, it’ll ask for your Support ID, which is found on the app under Settings. If you’re having trouble accessing Settings, just put down six question marks instead.
