Can't use with internet but can with data

There is something wrong with my episode app and I know that I’m not the only one going through this. The thing is that I feel like the connection isn’t the problem since it’s going very well with my other apps which has larger size that needs a better connection. I wish you could help us solve this problem. Thank you.
