Can someone help me with these car overlays. I want them to be where the character can get behind the wheel.

You can only do that if you had for example, the back of the car as an overlay, put the characters infront, then add the front part of the car. These overlays won’t work.
You can maybe try requesting from art shops, they might be able to either cut these overlays or create new ones for you!
