. How do you place your characters in Car Seats.? OMG I feel really stupid! I’m so embarrassed!
Don’t feel embarrassed! We all been there 
Just use spot directing to place them on the seats and just show the half of the character, so you can use standing animation (that what’s most people do) you might need to make them a bit larger it depends on the background really.

Does the car seats background work on looping backgrounds?
You could upload the cars as overlays, and place them on top of the looping overlays. 
Ok because I already have a car overlay and im waiting for my car interior background to be approved. So hopefully It will look right. I’m going to give it a try

With the car interior, I’d suggest also uploading that as an overlay, because you can’t have two backgrounds in one scene (e.g. looping background plus the car interior background).
To make the illusion that the car interior is a “background” with the looping background visible, you’ll have to size the car interior overlay so it takes up the entire screen.
