Character dialogue not animating?

she’s supposed to just slide on screen while holding the phone to her ear. Also yes she’s supposed to be talking on the phone but I couldn’t find a good phone animation to go with what she’s saying so I used that.

oh! so wait, like when theres a split phone covo, the background just slides in with the character on the phone?
