Click on navigation, then hit restart episode / story progress, whichever you prefer!
I tried but my character is still stuck in that little box and i cant see her full body.

Oh! When you started your story you must’ve hit spotlight mode instead of full character display! I believe the only way to change it is to delete the story, and copy and paste the dialogs 
No worries i didnt get that far. Thank you soo much I wouldve never figured it out!
