Character stuck? is it a glitch? PLZ HELP!

Okay so no matter where I put GEM shes always behind the overlay, I could put her at any layer and it doesn’t matter… what is going on?

INT. BATH - DAY with MIRROR at layer 3
@overlay MIRROR opacity 1
@overlay 6646156493848576_MIRROROVERLAYY shifts to -27 -2
@overlay 6646156493848576_MIRROROVERLAYY scales to 1.000 1.000
@overlay MIRROROVERLAYY create
@overlay MIRROROVERLAYY opacity 1
@overlay 6646156493848576_MIRROR shifts to 1 344
@overlay 6646156493848576_MIRROR scales to 0.624 0.624

@GEM1 spot 1.135 159 126 AND GEM1 faces right
@GEM spot 1.135 159 126 AND GEM moves to layer 4

What if you put her first before shifting or scaling the overlay? Also can you send the screen shot of your preview so that I understand what the problem is more clearly?

Which Overlay are you having trouble layering?
