Your example is literally a horse with a horn on its head.
(Specifically, your horse looks like an Arabian horse with a horn on its head).
If you want to talk about fantasy unicorns, with beards, lion tails, and leg hair, that would once again, be the Episode horse with slight changes made.

So a unicorn is a horse that has a horn. When you put a horn on horse, it becomes a unicorn (it’s also in clothing name - Unicorn Horn White) But I would like more types of horns like different colors, shapes, etc. I don’t know if it’s been created (can search on forums) but you could request for more horn styles? What we have so far is limited.

Now this would be interesting, a half-goat half-horse creature with a horn.
But otherwise, if the only thing that changes is the mane/tail then that’s just different kinds of horse with a horn on

AnnieAEpisode, wow, it looks awesome. My little sister loves everything, that can be related to unicorn and that’s why I’ve asked my aunt to buy her these unicorn printable coloring pages few days ago. Those coloring pages - are the best gift for her, because she also is fond of drawing and art, and likes to make such pictures by her own skills of drawing.
