Character will not lay in background bed

Hello

I use the background INT. LUXURY PENTHOUSE BEDROOM - DAY and i don’t know why but my character will not lay in be bed. (see photo) she goes behind it like the bed was a overlay (it’s not)

I have try to move my character layer forward but to no luck
I also have try to save, go out from there and leave for some min but the same happens

You have to put:

@CHAR moves to layer 3

or

@CHAR moves to layer 2

You always have to do this when you want the char in the front

That background has a built in overlay. You have to layer the overlay and then layer your character
