Character won't go to spot?

In my story, the news reporter won’t move to any spot, no matter what I do. I think it could be the overlay, or maybe I just did something wrong. Here’s my script:

(blah blah other scene)

&zoom reset
&REPORTER spot 1.250 164 5 in zone 1 AND REPORTER is talk_apathetic
INT. HOLLYWOOD NEWS ROOM - DAY with SELFIE FEMALE 4

(then she talks obviously lmao)

&REPORTER walks to spot 1.250 164 5 in 2 in zone 1
&REPORTER is talk_apathetic

Np, just remember to add “walks to” to character spot number.

@CHARACTER walks to (character will walk to that spot) spot x y in # (the number could be higher for fast walk or less for a slow walk)
