Characters and overlay not showing up in zone

I’m trying to place these characters on either side of the table in a cafe but specifically in zone 3. But when I preview it, the characters and the overlay don’t show up in the scene.

INT. CAKE SHOP OL - DAY with TABLE CAFE at layer 0
@cut to zone 3
&GRAHAM spot 1.280 244 -60 in zone 3 AND GRAHAM faces left AND GRAHAM moves to layer -1
&LEXIE spot 1.280 131 -74 in zone 3 AND LEXIE faces left AND LEXIE is rear AND LEXIE moves to layer 2

Try this:
INT. CAKE SHOP OL - DAY with TABLE CAFE in zone 3
@overlay TABLE CAFE to layer 0
@cut to zone 3
&GRAHAM spot 1.280 244 -60 in zone 3 AND GRAHAM faces left AND GRAHAM moves to layer -1
&LEXIE spot 1.280 131 -74 in zone 3 AND LEXIE faces left AND LEXIE is rear AND LEXIE moves to layer 2

% x y would be the numerical values for your overlay.
