Characters aren't doing animations :(

hey guys,
recently ive been writing this story and everything was working until i added 2 mc’s (choose your gender cc) and it won’t do the animations on my ipad, but in the web preview, it shows up and everything is perfectly fine.

is this something to be worried about? i’ve saved and restarted the story multiple times on the ipad and while previewing the characters don’t do their animations.

It has to be your ipad then. Try previewing from another device if you can.
