Yes, why not? I’ve read many great stories that have no customization.

If the character is good looking then I will read but if not I won’t read it.

Yes, I typically don’t care for customization I usually skip over it, to me it wouldn’t make sense to change a character because the author made it to look like its personality when you change it becomes unmatched.

Yes. But if you give the lip colour lighter than the skin colour, I’ll definitely not read it cuz that’s disturbing to my eyes.
