Characters don't chage layers

Hello, and thank you for your time.
I’ve got this problem lately, I make characters move to layers and when I save & prewiev the story they’re still on their old layers.
Here’s the script I used:

INT. BAR - DAY
@cut to zone 2
@STACY moves to layer 1
@EVAN moves to layer 0

Can someone help me please?

The have to b on the scene first. So u need to put the layering command after spotting :white_heart:
